Flood threat eases in most of Kazakhstan - emergency agency

ALMATY. April 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The threat of flooding has been minimized across most of Kazakhstan, with the situation now stable, the Emergency Situations Ministry said Tuesday.
