NCOC says 2.36 trln tenge fine enforcement restricts operations – court materials


ASTANA. Oct 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Enforcement proceedings to collect a 2.36 trillion tenge fine from Kashagan operator North Caspian Operating Company B.V. (NCOC) restricted the consortium's operations, its representatives argued in court, according to the full text of a ruling by the specialized interdistrict administrative court of the Atyrau region.
