Kyrgyz president threatens rigorous measures against those destabilizing situation in Kyrgyzstan

BISHKEK. Sept 10 (Interfax) - Strict measures in line with the law will be applied to individuals who negatively affect Kyrgyzstan's development, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov said.
